These terms apply to bookings made directly on this website. Each apartment page lists its own details, such as fees and rules, and those apply to that apartment.

Booking and payment

• A deposit of [deposit amount] is paid by PayPal when you book.

Check-in and check-out

House rules

• Electricity is not included in the nightly rate.
